2023 Festival Weekend: Friday, September 15th – Sunday, September 17th

Vendors Hours:

Friday, September 15th, 2023 : 7:00PM – 10:00PM
Saturday, September 16th, 2023 : 9:00AM – 10:00PM
Sunday, September 17th, 2023 : Noon – 6:00PM ( a soft close will begin at 5:00PM for food and activities)

Vendor Booth Spaces for 2023 Gaslight Festival are SOLD OUT!

*If you have NOT received your staging or booth assignment for the Gaslight Festival. Please contact the Chamber office IMMEDIATLEY at 502-267-1674

Reminders:

  • If you are a returning vendor, the booth number is different than years past. All booth numbers are different!!!!!!!  DO NOT BE ALARMED.
  • There have been several changes made in downtown Jtown. We have done our best to accommodate your request from years past and though it is not perfect, we feel we have been able to place you where you have requested. 
  • If you are a new vendor to Gaslight, these booth numbers will not impact you.  

 

Staging Instructions:

  • Please report the the Jeffersonian, 10617 Taylorsville, Road at your assigned staging time. 
  • When arriving, a volunteer will greet you, check you in, give you a Festival Booth Pass and direct you to the area assigned for your staging time. Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes before your staging time. This will help keep the lot organized and allow for smooth exit. 

Leaving the Staging Area:

  • When you leave the staging area, you will return onto Taylorsville Road and come to the police barricades.
  • Please show your Festival Booth number and the officer will let you through. If there is more than one vehicle in your party, please ask the volunteer at the Jeffersonian to give you two passes. 
  • The Police Officer will let you through, you will come to the center of the Festival grounds and directed to your booth area. 
  • The Gaslight Committee requests you take NO MORE THAN 15 minutes to unload your vehicle. Please DO NOT SET UP your booth during this time. 
  • Please unload items and remove the vehicle from the Festival grounds. We have volunteers and police officers onsite who can safeguard your goods. This will help us keep the area cleared for the next round of booths. 
  • We ask that you park and come back to the area to set up your booth. This is very important. Help us Help you by working to unload, park and come back.  This helps clear the area and give everyone a chance to set up their booth. 

Booth Set Up:

  • Look for your booth number painted on the street!!!! Booths have been measured in 10×10 increments. 
  • Booths ending in an even number will be on one side of the street.
  • Booths ending in an odd number will be on the other side of the street. 
  • If you purchased a double booth, both your numbers will end in even or odd. Example: If you bought two booths and your number is 36, 38. Those two booths are next to each other. 
  • After you have set your booth, please post your Festival Booth number on your tent with the supplies distributed at check in. 
  • If you have made arrangements for an early arrival, please check in at the Chamber office, 10434 Watterson Trail so we know you have arrived. 
  • Items may NOT be placed on the street before the street is cleared of all pass-thru traffic. This for your safety and the safety of others.

VENDORS ONLY - Saturday Morning Coffee:

  • Please join us for complementary donuts and coffee on Saturday morning at 9:00AM at the Chamber’s booth located in the center of the square.
