Friday: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: Noon – 6:00 PM (soft close starts at 5:00 PM)

The Gaslight Festival is a PET FREE FESTIVAL. No pets are allowed on festival grounds. Although we love our furry companions, please leave them at home. 

Reminders:

  • If you are a returning vendor, the booth number is different than years past. All booth numbers are different!!!!!!!  DO NOT BE ALARMED.
  • There have been several changes made in downtown Jtown. We have done our best to accommodate your request from years past and though it is not perfect, we feel we have been able to place you where you have requested. 
  • If you are a new vendor to Gaslight, these booth numbers will not impact you. 
  • Booth location is NOT guaranteed. We will try to honor booth location request, and try to accommodate to the best of our ability. 

Rules & Regulations for Arts & Crafts Vendors:

Only handmade items created by the exhibitor in the USA are permitted. This includes original artwork created by the exhibitor, but does not include airbrush or henna tattoos, purchased pictures or prints, or other items that are bought for resale. NO BUY/RESELL. If you purchase products for resale, please refer to our Commercial Vendor Application below. 

  • Any food/drink product-related item MUST be approved by the Gaslight Festival Committee. 
  • The Gaslight Festival reserves the right to exclude or deny admittance to any exhibitor.
  • Applications MUST include (3) images of merchandise to be sold (regardless of past participation).
    • (1) image of the artist/crafter in the process of creating items for sale must be submitted. 
  • Only approved merchandise will be permitted to be sold.
  • Anyone having unapproved items or inappropriate to the Arts & Crafts section will be asked to remove them, and may not be invited back in future years.
  • Booth Location is NOT GUARANTEED! We will try to honor booth location request, and try to accommodate to the best of our ability.
  • A single display space of 10’w X 10’d will be allocated. A maximum of (3) spaces per exhibitor.
  • Display furnishings (tents, tables, chairs) must be provided by the exhibitor.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for their goods at all times. Security will be onsite, however, the Festival is not responsible for stolen or ruined merchandise.
  • PLEASE KEEP YOUR DISPLAY WITHIN YOUR 10’w X 10’d SPACE.
  • Items NOT ALLOWED in any booth: Knives, guns, sprays, stun-guns, any weapon related item, lasers, potions, roots, obscene or X-rated material, racially sensitive material, tarot cards, palm reading, silly string, graffiti type foam, drug paraphernalia and/or anything depicting drugs or drug use.
  • The use of amplified public address systems, stereos/radios is prohibited. No loud sounds/music.
  • Booth must be open throughout the entire festival weekend. Please do NOT close your booth early!
  • One electrical outlet per booth will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, while spaces last. Maximum usage is 150 watts per booth. Exhibitors must provide their own heavy-duty extension cords.
  • Unapproved usage will result in cancellation of service. The application must state detailed usage.

NO GENERATORS, REFRIGERATORS, or ELECTRICAL FANS are PERMITTED during the Festival! 

Rules & Regulations for Commercial/Non-Profits Vendors:

  • Any food/drink product-related item MUST be approved by the Gaslight Festival Committee.  
  • The Gaslight Festival reserves the right to exclude or deny admittance to any exhibitor. 
  • Merchandise approval and booth assignment will be based on review. 
  • Anyone having unapproved or inappropriate items will be asked to remove them and will not be invited back in future years. 
  • A single display space of 10’w X 10’d will be allocated. There will be a maximum of three (3) spaces per exhibitor. 
  • Display furnishings (tents, tables, chairs) must be provided by the exhibitor who will be responsible for goods at all times. Security will be onsite, however, the Festival is not responsible for stolen or ruined merchandise. 
  • Your display MUST fit within 10′ X 10′ booth space. 
  • Items NOT ALLOWED in any booth: knives, guns, sprays, stun guns, any weapon-related item, lasers, potions, roots, obscene or X-rated material, racially sensitive material, tarot cards, palm reading, silly string, graffiti type foam, drug paraphernalia and/or anything depicting drugs or drug use.
